For me, money equals freedom. Money is a tool that helps me to achieve my dreams, provide for my family’s needs, and contribute to society, all of which means freedom to me. But it took me most of my life and lots of financial snafus to get to this understanding.
The idea of this blog is to help women get unstuck from any attitudes, behaviors or perceptions that are blocking them from having a healthy relationship with money. My goal is to help women understand that working with money can be fun and exciting, and to recognize that money is a necessary resource for living, just like food and water.
No matter where you are in your financial life, this blog can help you explore your attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors about money–with the goal for you to live the empowered life you choose.
Future posts will weave in my research about women and money, my own money journey, and stories other women share. Please feel free to share your story of how you understand money, or your questions and thoughts about this topic.
